Standard Vessels with Optional Features
The "STANDARD" Expedite Process and Rinse Vessels are constructed from a single sheet of application specific material precisely machined and then in the Japanese "ORIGAMI" method, folded into form of a vessel. This approach minimizes welding and provides smooth, seamless, rounded interior corners. Welded corners create particle/ contamination traps and can leak due to workmanship, thermal cycling and/or prolonged chemical exposure.
Expedite vessels are available in the following sizes, configurations, and materials:
- 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm and custom sizes
- Single sub-straight, single 26 sub-straight cassette, double 26 sub-straight cassette and 52 sub-straight cassette capacities
- Polypro, PVDF, Halar, PFA, Stainless Steel and "Teflon" coated SS
